Summertime in Wisconsin Dells - boy do I know it well. The humidity, sunsets at 9pm, weekends on the river and ice cream every afternoon. The bluffs and stunning rock formations make you feel like you’re in another world, and Shi & Dan picked the perfect backdrop to their July wedding. Their chemistry is absolutely undeniable. Meeting them for their engagement session last year was like reuniting with friends you hadn’t seen in years. It felt easy with them, and the trust was there from the beginning. On their wedding day I cried with them, danced with them, and laughed with them.

I may only spend a few hours with my couples when all is said and done, but I really do fall in love with each and every one of them. To be given a glimpse into their lives and love is a privilege I can never fully describe.
